LearnWith is intended for use by educators and their students in K–12 educational settings. You agree not to misuse the service, upload harmful content, or use it for any purpose other than legitimate educational assessment.

4. No Warranty

LearnWith is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be free of inaccuracies.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
